FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

MOQ varies by product. For existing catalog products in standard packaging, MOQ is typically 1 carton (72-288 sets depending on product). For custom packaging or private-label production, MOQ is generally 5,000-10,000 units. For new product development with custom tooling, MOQ depends on mold complexity. Send us your target product and quantity, and we will confirm the exact MOQ.

Can I order samples before placing a bulk order?

Yes. We provide samples for evaluation. For existing catalog products, samples are available at a nominal charge (including shipping). For custom-developed products, prototype samples are produced after design confirmation. Sample lead time: 3-7 days for existing products, 15-25 days for new development.

What is your production lead time?

For existing catalog products: 25-35 days from order confirmation. For custom packaging or minor modifications: 30-40 days. For new product development with custom tooling: 35-55 days depending on mold complexity and material sourcing. Bulk orders during peak season (August-November) may require additional lead time.

What payment methods do you accept?

Standard terms: 30% deposit by bank transfer (T/T) with balance due before shipment. For established clients with repeat orders, we can discuss flexible terms including L/C. Payment details are provided in the proforma invoice after order confirmation.

Do you provide custom packaging?

Yes. We offer blister card packaging, color box packaging, clamshell packaging, custom labeling and multi-pack configurations. Custom packaging design is available with MOQ requirements. Visit our Packaging Customization Guide for details.

Can you develop a completely new product from our design?

Yes. Our product development team handles concept-to-production projects. We work from sketches, reference samples or detailed spec sheets. Our process includes: design review, material selection, prototype development, tooling, pre-production samples and mass production. See our New Product Development page for details.

Do you provide quality inspection reports?

Yes. Every production batch undergoes AQL Level II inspection. We provide pre-shipment inspection reports with photo documentation. Material test reports (adhesion strength, material composition, temperature resistance) are available on request for specific products.
