Frequently Asked Questions

The questions buyers ask before starting a project – MOQ, customization, development, sampling, quality, shipping and documents. Anything not covered here, ask us directly.

Ordering & Pricing

Starting a Project

What is your MOQ?

MOQ varies by product and customization level. Standard in-house products work with smaller quantities (typically 500–1,000 pieces), while custom packaging, tooling or new development increases the minimum. Tell us your product and target quantity and we will confirm the exact MOQ in the quotation.

How do I get a quote?

Send us your product requirements through the contact form or email. Include the product name, target quantity, destination market, customization needs (logo, color, packaging) and any certification requirements. A project manager responds within 24 hours with feasibility, pricing, MOQ and lead time.

What payment terms do you offer?

Standard terms are 30% deposit at order confirmation and 70% balance before shipment (T/T). For established accounts, we can discuss L/C or other arrangements. Sample orders are paid in advance.

Can I get a price breakdown?

Yes. Our quotations itemize product cost, packaging, customization surcharges, testing (if applicable) and estimated freight. We are transparent about cost drivers so you can optimize the program for your target retail price.

Customization & Branding

Making Products Yours

Can you customize logo, color and packaging?

Yes. Logo printing, color changes and packaging (blister cards, color boxes, labels, barcodes and multipacks) are the most common customization we do – this is the core of our Existing Product Customization service. Share your artwork and we will confirm the details.

What packaging options are available?

Blister cards, polybags with header cards, color boxes, shrink wrap, display cartons and bulk packs. We can also produce custom retail-ready packaging with bilingual labels, barcodes and market-specific markings. Packaging is confirmed per project based on your retail channel.

Can you develop a product from our drawing or sample?

Yes. Send us a sketch, drawing, sample or even a photo with the target function. Our New Product Development team reviews feasibility, materials and structure, then moves to prototype, tooling (mold or die-cutting) and production.

Do you sign NDAs or protect our IP?

Yes. We sign mutual NDAs before sharing proprietary designs or market plans. Your product designs, tooling and packaging artwork remain yours. We do not share client-specific developments with other buyers.

Sampling & Lead Times

Timeline Expectations

How long does sampling take?

For standard in-house products with light customization: 3–5 days. For custom colors or packaging: 5–10 days. For new structures or tooling: 15–25 days. We confirm a realistic schedule per project – we do not publish a single promise that would not hold for every product.

How long does mold development take?

Mold development typically takes 20–35 days depending on product structure and complexity. We give a project-specific schedule with milestones after the feasibility review. Our model combines in-house tooling management with partner manufacturing – we do not claim every mold or machine is our own.

What is the production lead time?

Standard production runs take 25–35 days after sample approval and deposit. Custom packaging or multi-SKU consolidation programs may extend to 35–45 days. We confirm the exact schedule in the quotation with milestones.

Do you charge for samples?

Standard product samples are often free (buyer pays shipping). Custom samples with your logo or packaging may carry a setup charge that is credited back on the production order. We confirm sample terms before proceeding.

Quality & Compliance

Assurance Standards

How do you control product quality?

Quality control is a core responsibility: incoming material checks, in-process inspection during assembly and packaging, final AQL Level II inspection and documented sampling records. We hold ISO 9001 certification and have passed the WCA workplace assessment.

Can you provide testing or compliance documents?

Yes. We prepare food-contact (FDA/LFGB), material safety (REACH/RoHS), and other customer-specified test reports per product and per order. Tell us your market and channel requirements in the RFQ and we will confirm which documents apply.

What certifications does your company hold?

ISO 9001 quality management system certification, WCA (Workplace Conditions Assessment) compliance, and product-specific test reports on request. Factory audit reports and qualification documents are available for buyer review.

Shipping & Logistics

Delivery & Consolidation

Can you consolidate products from different suppliers?

Yes – that is the essence of our supply chain integration service. We coordinate multiple suppliers, run quality control on the consolidated items, unify packaging and manage the combined order and shipment, so you deal with one team for the whole list.

What shipping terms do you work with?

FOB (Shenzhen, Guangzhou), EXW, CIF and DDP depending on your preference. We handle export documentation, customs declaration and can coordinate with your freight forwarder or arrange door-to-door delivery.

Can you ship to Amazon FBA warehouses?

Yes. We prepare FBA-compliant labeling, polybag packaging, suffocation warning labels and ASIN/barcode attachment. We can ship directly to Amazon fulfillment centers in the US, EU, UK and JP with the required documentation.

Multi-SKU & Sourcing

Consolidation Programs

Can you help source products outside your standard catalog?

Yes. Through our Multi-SKU Sourcing service we match products from our own range and our qualified partner network – plastic, hardware, silicone, adhesive materials, packaging and other household specialists – so you keep one point of contact.

Do you support multiple SKUs in one order or program?

Yes. Multi-SKU programs are a core part of our service. We coordinate samples, pricing, quality control, unified packaging and consolidated shipment across the whole list, which is exactly how our existing multi-SKU programs run.
