Inspection methods follow the project’s AQL plan and are recorded per order. Specific documents (food-contact, REACH/RoHS, material safety) are provided per product and per order.

We review the supplier's process fit, sample performance, quality records and required documents before including that source in a project.
Change Control
Material, process, packaging or supplier changes must be reviewed against the approved scope before implementation.
Non-Conformance
Issues are identified, contained, recorded and communicated so affected material or finished goods are not released without a decision.
Corrective Action / CAPA
Root cause, corrective action, owner and follow-up verification are documented when a recurring or material issue requires formal action.
